Assim, \u00e9 importante que este local esteja isolado, por forma a evitar a ocorr\u00eancia de transmiss\u00f5es marginais de condensa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A falta ou deficiente isolamento t\u00e9rmico do pavimento nesta zona e as baixas temperaturas a que a laje est\u00e1 sujeita proporcionam as condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para a ocorr\u00eancia de condensa\u00e7\u00f5es.
