Quando esta se manifesta podem ocorrer v\u00e1rias anomalias nas edifica\u00e7\u00f5es, tais como: ferrugens, mofo, efloresc\u00eancia, descascamento de pinturas, bolores e ainda falhas estruturais. Assim, \u00e9 importante a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento desta manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>As formas de manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de humidade podem ser categorizadas em:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Humidade de constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Resulta do processo construtivo onde a \u00e1gua faz parte da composi\u00e7\u00e3o de muitos materiais e em processos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humidade ascensional \u2013 Resulta da ascens\u00e3o da \u00e1gua numa parede que cresce at\u00e9 ao n\u00edvel em que se verifica o equil\u00edbrio entre a \u00e1gua evaporada atrav\u00e9s da superf\u00edcie da parede e a absorvida do solo por capilaridade;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humidade de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Resulta da trajet\u00f3ria da chuva que passa a ter uma componente horizontal, devido \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o do vento;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humidade de infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Resulta da penetra\u00e7\u00e3o direta de \u00e1gua no interior das constru\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s das suas paredes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humidade de condensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Resulta do vapor de \u00e1gua quando arrefecido;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humidade devida a fen\u00f3menos de Higroscopicidade \u2013 Resulta da exist\u00eancia de sais no interior das paredes que, quando em contacto com \u00e1gua, se dissolvem e acompanham a migra\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua at\u00e9 \u00e0 superf\u00edcie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humidade devida a causas fortuitas \u2013 Resulta de defeitos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, falhas de equipamentos, acidentes ou falha de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7
